Purchased these from store(Marshall’s or TJ Max) about a year ago. I Wore them only a couple of times and they have been sitting in my closet.
I recently took them out to list them for sale as they are like new(so I thought) and I found the inside soles totally dry rotted!! As I went to wipe them down The top layer lifted out and the what was once soft black is now hard cracked and Broken and it all fell out in a bunch of pieces. The outside of the shoe is like new, but the soles inside where you need to step is very crunchy and hard. Making a very uncomfortable shoe.
I’ve never encountered this before? It feels like the other shoe is the same, it just hasn’t broken apart yet as I haven’t moved the shoe around. But it’s like they totally dry rotted!!!!
Now I can’t wear, nor can I sell them?!?! If you touch it it breaks!
